Rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a preparation method of rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing rare earth oxide powder, zinc oxide powder and indium oxide powder according to the required ratio of the rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder; (2) putting the rare earth oxide powder, the zinc oxide powder and the indium oxide powder which are weighed in the step (1) into a mixer to be mixed, and obtaining mixed powder of the rare earth oxide powder, the zinc oxide powder and the indium oxide powder; (3) putting the mixed powder obtained in the step (2) into a ball mill, and sequentially adding water, a dispersing agent and a binder for wet ball milling to obtain mixed slurry; and (4) granulating, mixing and screening the mixed slurry obtained in the step (3) to finally obtain the rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder. The rare earth doped indium zinc oxide powder is prepared by taking the rare earth oxide powder, the zinc oxide powder and the indium oxide powder as raw materials, and the problem that components are not uniform due to the fact that large-particle-size rare earth elements are doped into the IZO powder can be solved.
