The invention relates to a porous ceramic injection molding method which comprises the following steps: powder preparation: weighing and mixing 30-40% by mass of emery, 5-10% by mass of aluminum oxide, 20-45% by mass of silicon dioxide, 13-20% by mass of paraffin, 2-5% by mass of a dispersant and 5-20% by mass of a pore-forming agent, grinding, taking out, sieving with a 100-mesh mesh sieve, adding 10-20% by mass of an adhesive, carrying out internal mixing and granulation to obtain an injection molding feed; injection molding: injecting the granulated feed into a mold in a charging barrel of an injection molding machine under the conditions that the temperature is 60-80 DEG C and the pressure is 6-60 Kg, maintaining the pressure for 1-5 seconds, and taking out to obtain an injection-molded porous ceramic green body; and degreasing and sintering: putting the porous ceramic green body into a ceramic bowl, burying the green body in alumina powder, degreasing and sintering for 18-26 hours at the sintering temperature of 600-1100 DEG C, and cooling to obtain a high-temperature porous ceramic product. The porous ceramic injection-molded by applying the porous ceramic injection-molding method has the advantages of high porosity, low density, uniform pores, good reduction and the like, meanwhile, automatic production is conveniently realized, the product quality performance is stable, and the porous ceramic injection-molding method is conveniently and widely applied to the field of electronic cigarettes.
本发明涉及多孔陶瓷注塑成型方法,包括以下步骤:粉料制备:按质量比例取刚玉砂30‑40%、氧化铝5‑10%、二氧化硅20‑45%、石蜡13‑20%、分散剂2‑5%和造孔剂5‑20%称重混合,经研磨后取出过100目网筛,按质量比例加入粘接剂10‑20%,经密炼造粒获得注塑成型喂料;注塑成形:将造粒喂料在注塑机料筒中保持温度60‑80度、压力6‑60Kg条件下注入模具,保压1‑5s,取出获得注塑多孔陶瓷生坯;脱脂烧结:将多孔陶瓷生坯装入陶瓷钵内,用氧化铝粉埋脱脂烧结18‑26小时,烧结温度600‑1100度,冷却获得高温多孔陶瓷产品;应用本申请的多孔陶瓷注塑成型方法注塑成型的多孔陶瓷具有高孔隙率、低密度、孔隙均匀化、还原好等优点,同时也便于实现自动化生产,产品质量性能稳定,便于在电子烟领域广泛应用。
