EXTRUSION MOLDING METHOD FOR CERAMIC FORMED PRODUCT, CERAMIC FORMED PRODUCT AND POROUS CERAMICS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding method capable of forming ceramic formed product which contains high aspect ratio particles and in which longitudinal direction of the particles are designed in approximately parallel with thickness direction of a formed part having a wall shape or plate shape.SOLUTION: There is provided an extrusion molding method for a ceramic formed product, in which, with an extrusion molding mouth metal 4 on which a slit 8 is arranged for extrusion molding of the ceramic formed product from a forming ingredient, in which the slit 8 comprises a front slit step part 8a located at upstream side in extrusion direction in the extrusion molding and a rear slit step part 8b located at downstream side in extrusion direction, and the width of the rear slit step part 8b is 3 to 27 times of the width of the front slit step part 8a, the ceramic formed product comprising a formed part having a wall shape or a plate shape is formed by extruding the ingredient 11 containing first particles 10 as particles having 2 or more and less than 300 of aspect ratio in a manner it passes through the front slit step part 8 of the extrusion molding mouth metal 4 and then passes through the rear slit step part 8b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3C
【課題】高アスペクト比の粒子を含み、その粒子の長さ方向が、壁状又は板状の成形部位の厚さ方向とほぼ平行になるように配向したセラミックス成形体を成形可能な押出成形方法を提供する。【解決手段】成形用の原料からセラミックス成形体を押出成形するためのスリット8が設けられており、スリット8が、前記押出成形における押出方向の上流側に位置するスリット前段部8aと、前記押出方向の下流側に位置するスリット後段部8bとを有し、前記スリット後段部8bの幅が、前記スリット前段部8aの幅の3〜27倍である押出成形用口金4を用い、アスペクト比が2以上300未満の粒子である第一粒子10を含む原料11が、押出成形用口金4のスリット前段部8aを通過してからスリット後段部8bを通過するように押し出すことにより、壁状又は板状の成形部位を有するセラミックス成形体を成形する、セラミックス成形体の押出成形方法。【選択図】図3C
