The invention discloses a bridge pier pile casing construction protection operation platform and a using method thereof. The platform is characterized in that a corresponding layer of diaphragm plate for arranging the platform is arranged at the upper part in a corresponding extension pile casing outside a pier; the platform is provided with two main beams, two auxiliary beams, a sheet frame body and a plurality of bamboo plywood; the main beams and the auxiliary beams are symmetrically located on the two sides of the bridge pier in the width direction in parallel and share the same horizontal plane; the sheet frame body is laid on the main beams and the auxiliary beams in the mode of surrounding the bridge pier in the circumferential direction, the sheet frame body comprises two first sheet frames, two second sheet frames and two third sheet frames, and the two first sheet frames are symmetrically located on the two sides of the bridge pier in the width direction; the second sheet frames and the third sheet frames on the two sides of the bridge pier in the length direction are staggered in opposite directions; and a plurality of bamboo plywood for covering the sheet frame body is laid on the sheet frame body and is positioned, and a circumferential vertical gap between the sheet frame body and the corresponding layer of diaphragm plate is sealed by adopting another plurality of bamboo plywood. The platform can be conveniently and repeatedly used and is low in cost; and according to the method, the safety protection and construction requirements at the position of the diaphragm plate in the pile casing are met.
