Embedded steel pipe concrete reinforcing method for broken concrete cast-in-place pile
The invention provides an embedded steel pipe concrete reinforcing method for a broken concrete cast-in-place pile. The method comprises the following steps that three round holes are drilled in the inner area of a hoop of the broken engineering pile for coring, and the holes are drilled to the bottom end of the lower portion of a broken joint of the engineering pile; a prefabricated steel pipe pile is embedded into a hole core of the drilled holes, the bottom of the steel pipe pile is located at the bottoms of the drilled holes, the top of the steel pipe pile is located at the elevation of the top of the pile, and epoxy mortar is poured between the steel pipe pile and an original pile; and finally, a steel reinforcement framework is placed, concrete with the strength higher than that of the original broken pile is poured into the steel pipe pile to the elevation of the top of the pile, and reinforcing of the whole broken pile is completed. According to the embedded steel pipe concrete reinforcing method, the whole pile does not need to be removed, only the holes need to be drilled in the original broken pile for coring, then the steel pipe pile is placed, and the concrete is poured; and the structure is simple, the construction speed is high, and the bearing capacity of compression resistance and shear resistance of a pile foundation is improved.
本发明提供了一种砼灌注桩断桩的植入式钢管砼加固方法,包括如下步骤:在工程断桩箍筋内部区域钻三个圆孔取芯,并钻至工程桩断缝下部的底端;将预制好的钢管桩植入钻孔的孔芯内,底部处于钻孔底部,顶部位于桩顶标高,并在钢管桩与原桩之间灌入环氧砂浆;最后放入钢筋骨架并灌注高于原断桩强度的混凝土于钢管桩内部至桩顶标高,完成整个断桩的加固。本发明不需要去除全桩,只需要在原有的断桩中钻孔取芯,然后放入钢管桩和灌入混凝土就可,构造简单、施工速度块而且桩基的抗压和抗剪的承载能力都得到了提高。
