Forced landing deviation rectifying method for high-gradient seepage foundation
The invention discloses a forced landing deviation rectifying method for a high-gradient seepage foundation. The forced landing deviation rectifying method comprises the steps that 1) a foundation slab is subjected to coring and drilling on the side, with small settlement, of a building; 2) a water filling hole and a water pumping hole are formed through drilling; 3) a steel pipe pile is sunken into the side, with large settlement, of the building, and back pressure is loaded; 4) high-pressure water filling operation is conducted on a water filling steel pipe, water pumping operation is conducted on a water pumping steel pipe, and monitoring and adjusting are conducted till the deviation rectifying target is achieved; and 5) when forced landing is completed, deep compaction grouting is conducted on the water filling hole and the water pumping hole. According to the forced landing deviation rectifying method, for a pebble bed filled with medium-coarse sand and a small amount of cohesive soil in a bottom layer framework of the building, the high-low-degree seepage effect is formed through water filling and water pumping on the side with small settlement, and the medium-coarse sand in the framework is pumped out; and a supplement pile is utilized as a supporting point on the side with large settlement, the back pressure is loaded on the foundation slab, the stress state of the foundation is changed, and thus continuous and slow forced landing of a house is promoted. The forced landing deviation rectifying method is safe, reliable, short in construction period, low in manufacturing cost and small in influence on the surrounding environment.
本发明公开了一种高梯度渗流基础迫降纠偏方法,步骤为:1)在建筑物沉降小的一侧,对基础底板取芯钻孔;2)钻孔成型灌水孔和抽水孔;3)在建筑物沉降大的一侧沉入钢管桩,加载反压;4)灌水钢管实施高压灌水作业,抽水钢管实施抽水作业,并实施监测调整,直至达到纠倾目标;5)迫降完成时,对灌水孔和抽水孔作深层压密注浆。本发明对于建筑物底层骨架中含有中粗砂及少量黏性土充填的卵石层,在沉降较小侧采用灌水、抽水形成高低度渗流作用,抽出骨架中的中粗砂;在沉降较大侧利用补入桩为支承点,对基础板加载反压,改变地基受力状态,从而促使房屋持续缓慢迫降,该迫降纠偏方法安全可靠,工期短,造价省,对周边环境影响少。
