The invention discloses an existing building structure forced landing deviation rectifying construction method which comprises the following steps that a joist and a temporary bearing structure are installed above a foundation of a building, the joist is fixedly connected with the bearing structure of the building, the height of the temporary bearing structure can be adjusted, and the temporary bearing structure is arranged between the foundation and the joist; after the load of the bearing structure is transferred to the temporary bearing structure through the joist, the bearing structure between the foundation and the joist is broken at the position, needing forced landing, of the building, and then the height of the temporary bearing structure is adjusted to enable the joist to descend; and when the joist reaches the descending amount required by deviation rectification, the bearing structure is recovered. After the bearing structure is recovered, the building is corrected, the foundation and the piles do not need to be exposed, forced landing or jacking of the foundation is not needed either, and the correction speed of the building can be accurately controlled.
本发明公开了一种既有建筑结构迫降纠偏工法,包括以下步骤:在建筑物的基础上方安装托梁和临时承重结构,托梁与建筑物的承重结构固定连接,临时承重结构的高度可以调节,临时承重结构设置在基础和托梁之间;通过托梁将承重结构的荷载转移到临时承重结构之后,在建筑物需要迫降的位置,破除基础和托梁之间的承重结构,然后调节临时承重结构的高度,使托梁下降;在托梁达到纠偏需求的下降量时,恢复承重结构。恢复承重结构之后,建筑物已经完成纠偏,不需要暴露出基础和桩,也不需要对基础进行迫降或者顶升,并且建筑物的纠偏速度可以精确地控制。
