The post-insertion-method steel stand column is lowered into a steel reinforcement cage of a cast-in-place concrete drill hole in a matched mode. Comprising a steel stand column, a wireless perpendicularity sensing device and a deviation rectifying device. The wireless perpendicularity sensing device is arranged on the steel stand column and is used for detecting the perpendicularity of the steel stand column in a reinforcement cage under the steel stand column; the deviation rectifying devices are distributed on the side wall of the steel stand column and connected with the inner wall of a concrete drill hole in a matched mode, and the deviation rectifying devices are attached to the inner wall of the concrete drill hole to generate acting force to rectify deviation of the steel stand column. According to the scheme, the deviation rectifying devices are installed on the periphery of the stand column annular plate, the deviation sensor is arranged on the steel stand column, the deviation rectifying device can be matched with a pipe inserting machine, mechanical deviation rectifying is conducted on the steel stand column in the process that the steel stand column is inserted into a reinforcement cage, it is guaranteed that the steel stand column can be quickly and accurately inserted into the reinforcement cage, and the post-inserting efficiency of the steel stand column is improved.
