The fireproof performance of the fireproof thermal insulation board reaches grade A, the volume density is 120-150kg/m<3>, and the heat conductivity coefficient can reach 0.049 W/(m.K).
本发明公开了一种防火隔热保温板及其制备方法,所述的防火隔热保温板,其制备原料包含硅藻土、石墨聚苯乙烯颗粒、气胶凝颗粒、胶凝材料、羟甲基纤维素醚、苯丙乳液;所述硅藻土、石墨聚苯乙烯颗粒、气胶凝颗粒、胶凝材料、羟甲基纤维素醚以及苯丙乳液的重量百分比为:硅藻土10%~20%,石墨聚苯乙烯颗粒8%~12%,气胶凝颗粒1%~5%,胶凝材料55%~70%,羟丙基甲基纤维素醚1%~8%,苯丙乳液1%~8%。本发明所述防火隔热保温板的防火性能达到A级,体积密度在120~150kg/m3,导热系数可达到0.049W/(m·K)。
