Preparation and application method of inorganic gelling oil-water well plugging material
The invention belongs to the field of oil-gas field development, and relates to a preparation and application method of an inorganic gelling oil-water well leaking stoppage material, which is a gelling material system formed by mixing inorganic powder and an additive of the same powder with a certain additive, wherein a main material is formed by firing main mineral SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO and SO3 as main components at high temperature and grinding the main materials into proper particle sizes, the auxiliary material is a selected high-strength powdery granular material which is close to the main material in density and has certain activity, and the auxiliary material and the main material are mixed to form a plugging agent material system. The plugging agent material is carried by water and squeezed into a stratum at a leakage part, and an artificial rock mass with relatively high compressive strength and certain impermeability and bonding strength can be formed through two processes of hydration reaction and cementation hardening in a water environment; therefore, the purpose of blocking a waste layer and a leakage hole to prevent formation sand and fluid outside a casing from flowing into a shaft is achieved, and normal production of an oil-water well is guaranteed.
本发明属于油气田开发领域,涉及一种无机胶凝油水井堵漏材料的制备及应用方法,以无机粉状与同等粉状的外加料并掺加一定外加剂混合而成的胶凝材料体系:主料是以主要矿物SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、CaO、以及SO3为主要成分经过高温烧制而成,并经过粉磨加工成合适粒径,辅助材料是经过选择的密度与主料相近且具有一定活性的高强度粉状颗粒材料,混合形成堵剂材料体系。该堵剂材料用水携带挤入漏失部位地层并在水环境下通过水化反应和胶结硬化两个过程就可以形成具有较高抗压强度并具有一定抗渗性与粘接强度的人工岩体,从而实现封堵废弃层和漏失孔眼阻挡地层砂和套管外流体流入井筒的目的,从而保障油水井的正常生产。
