Inorganic gelling sand prevention material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a sand prevention material for an oil field, in particular to an inorganic gelling sand prevention material and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials comprise a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is formed by firing bauxite, limestone, anhydrite or dihydrate gypsum; and the component B is an inorganic raw material with the same particle size as the component A. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the component A and the component B in proportion, grinding and screening 10-20-mesh particles, stirring for 0.25-0.5 hour under the condition of 100-500 revolutions per minute, and then drying at 60-80 DEG C, thereby obtaining the product. The inorganic gelling sand prevention material has high permeability and good sand prevention effect, a solidified body after solidification can resist high temperature, the raw materials are easy to obtain and low in cost, few steps are needed for preparation, and the defects of an existing sand prevention material are overcome.
本发明涉及一种油田用防砂材料,具体涉及一种无机胶凝防砂材料及制备方法。其原料包括A、B两种组分,组分A由铝土矿,石灰岩,硬石膏或二水石膏烧制而成;组分B为:与组分A同等粒度大小的无机原料。将组分A和组分B按比例混合好后,经研磨筛选10‑20目的颗粒,100‑500转/分钟的条件下搅拌0.25~0.5小时,然后在60‑80℃条件下烘干,即得。本发明所述无机胶凝防砂材料既具有较高的渗透性,又具有良好的防砂作用,凝固后的固结体可耐高温,且原料易获得且价廉,制备所需步骤少,克服了现有防砂材料的不足。
