Silicon carbide-diamond multiphase ceramic grinding ring material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a silicon carbide-diamond multiphase ceramic grinding ring material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively preparing silicon carbide, carbon and boron carbide or silicon carbide, yttrium oxide, aluminum oxide and diamond into slurry; mixing the two kinds of slurry with diamond slurry respectively to form multi-phase composite slurry of silicon carbide, carbon, boron carbide and diamond or silicon carbide, yttrium oxide, aluminum oxide and diamond; drying the multi-phase composite slurry to obtain silicon carbide-diamond multiphase composite powder; preparing the composite powder into a silicon carbide-diamond ceramic sealing ring biscuit; and making the silicon carbide-diamond multiphase ceramic sealing ring biscuit prepared into a ceramic sealing ring blank through a pressureless sintering method, and then, making the ceramic sealing ring blank ground into the pressureless sintered silicon carbide-diamond multiphase ceramic mechanical sealing grinding ring according to requirements. The performance of the prepared silicon carbide-diamond sealing grinding ring is greatly improved, and particularly the heat conductivity coefficient, the hardness, the bending strength and the reliability performance are improved.
本申请公开了一种碳化硅‑金刚石复相陶瓷磨环材料及其制备方法,将碳化硅、碳、碳化硼或者碳化硅、氧化钇、氧化铝、金刚石分别制成浆料;将两种浆料分别与金刚石浆料混合,形成碳化硅、碳、碳化硼与金刚石或者碳化硅、氧化钇、氧化铝、金刚石分多相复合浆料;多相复合浆料干燥获得碳化硅‑金刚石多相复合粉体;将复合粉体制成碳化硅‑金刚石陶瓷密封环素坯;将碳化硅‑金刚石复相陶瓷密封环素坯用无压烧结方法制备成陶瓷密封环毛坯,再根据要求磨加工成无压烧结碳化硅‑金刚石复相陶瓷机械密封磨环。使制备的碳化硅‑金刚石密封磨环的性能大为提高,尤其是导热系数、硬度、弯曲强度以及可靠性性能的提髙。
