The method comprises the following process steps: preparing premixed liquid, preparing ceramic slurry, degassing in vacuum, adding an initiator and a catalyst, casting and molding, and sintering the ceramic. According to the preparation method, low-toxicity methacrylamide is taken as a monomer, silicon carbide powder, carbon black and carbon fibers with different particle sizes are taken as carbon sources, an anisotropic ceramic part is prepared through gel casting, and then a ceramic product is prepared through reaction sintering; and the prepared ceramic product has the advantages of high performance, complex shape, near net size and the like, and meets the requirements of current high-end industrial development.
