Sleeper-free track system
The invention relates to the field of ballast bed damage treatment, and discloses a sleeper-free track system. The system comprises at least one damage section for failure treatment through a thin sleeper, so that a steel rail is supported and connected to the thin sleeper in the damage section. Besides, at least part of the thin sleeper is embedded in an installation notch formed in the top face of a sleeper-free track bed direct-buried base plate, and the embedded thickness of the thin sleeper is not larger than the distance between the topmost ballast bed steel bar in the sleeper-free track bed direct-buried base plate and the top face of the sleeper-free track bed direct-buried base plate. According to the sleeper-free track system, the failure point of the steel rail structure can be rapidly filled through the thin sleeper structure, the structural strength of the track structure after treatment can be guaranteed under the condition that original track bed steel bars of the directly-buried base plate structure are not damaged, the failure treatment period of the sleeper-free track system is greatly shortened, the construction cost is reduced, and the system has good application prospects and popularization values.
