The supporting plate in threaded connection with the threaded rod is made to move upwards or downwards by screwing the threaded rod, so that the flange plate formwork fixedly connected with the supporting plate is driven to move up and down relative to the box girder formwork support, and as the inner formwork side of the flange plate formwork is hinged to the box girder side formwork, the gradient of the flange plate formwork can be adjusted by screwing the threaded rod; therefore, the thickness of the manufactured flange plate can be increased, the formwork does not need to be replaced, the cost is low, and the influence on the construction efficiency of a beam field is small.
