The invention discloses a prefabricated cable duct bank and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated cable duct bank comprises at least two layers of plate-type prefabricated concrete members, each layer of plate-type prefabricated concrete member is formed by splicing a plurality of plate-type prefabricated concrete members which are in butt joint in the length direction, during construction, the first layer of plate-type prefabricated concrete member is hoisted firstly and gently falls to a positioning position, and the plate-type prefabricated concrete members are connected and glued by using pipe joint sleeves; then, the second layer of plate-type prefabricated concrete member is hoisted, the adjacent upper and lower layers of plate-type prefabricated concrete members are in staggered lap joint and are fastened and connected through bolts, and the end parts of protection pipe joints in the two adjacent plate-type prefabricated concrete members are connected through pipe joint sleeves in an adhesive manner; and in the same way, the other multiple layers of plate-type prefabricated concrete members are laid in sequence. The prefabricated cable duct bank is convenient to construct, good in integrity, high in stability and good in waterproof and anti-erosion effect, noise pollution and environmental influence of field operation are reduced, the requirement for field personnel is reduced, and cost is greatly saved.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式电缆排管及其施工方法,其包括至少两层板式预制混凝土构件,每层板式预制混凝土构件由若干沿长度方向对接的板式预制混凝土构件拼合组成,施工时首先吊装第一层板式预制混凝土构件,平缓下落至定位处,板式预制混凝土构件间使用管节套管连接并胶黏;然后,吊装第二层板式预制混凝土构件,相邻的上下两层板式预制混凝土构件交错搭接,并通过螺栓紧固连接,相邻两块板式预制混凝土构件中的保护管节的端部间使用管节套管胶黏连接;同理依次敷设其余多层板式预制混凝土构件。本发明施工便利,整体性好,稳定性高,防水防侵蚀效果好,减少现场作业的噪声污染及环境影响,减少现场人员需求,大大节约成本。
