本发明公开了一种自动的间歇性河流灌溉装置，包括储水箱以及设置于所述储水箱中的储水腔，本发明设有引水管道，在引水管道内设有漂浮物过滤网与泥沙过滤网，从而能将干净的水流引至储水箱内进行储存，本发明在漂浮物过滤网堵塞后能自动对其进行清理，防止水流堵塞现象，在储水箱内水达到一定量后使得排水管开启对农田进行灌溉，达到间隙灌溉的目的，减少劳动量，且本发明设有流速轮，能在下雨过后流速过大时停止对储水箱内进行储水，防止农田出现过涝现象，且本发明能在干旱时启动使用储存的水进行灌溉，防止农作物的干旱死亡现象，同时本发明实现了处理过程自动化，大大提高了处理效率，节省了劳动力。
