The prepared decontamination coating material is excellent in photocatalytic performance, can efficiently catalyze and degrade organic matters on the surface of concrete, and is firmly bonded with surface concrete and not easy to fall off.
本发明提供了一种水泥基净污涂层材料及其制备方法,涉及环保建筑材料技术领域。本发明首先采用溶胶凝胶法制备Ag掺杂的纳米TiO2,通过Ag的掺杂拓宽纳米TiO2的光响应范围,提高其光催化性能;其次,采用改进的法构筑核壳结构的纳米Ag‑TiO2@SiO2材料,该材料的壳层纳米SiO2可以防止Ag掺杂的纳米TiO2颗粒团聚,还能增强催化剂与水泥基材料之间粘接强度;再以水泥基材料为载体,制备Ag‑TiO2@SiO2水泥基净污涂层材料。本发明制得的净污涂层材料不仅光催化性能优异、可高效地催化降解混凝土表面的有机物,而且与表层混凝土粘结牢固不易脱落。
