The invention belongs to the technical field of sintering materials, and particularly relates to a zirconium oxide toughened aluminum oxide ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the zirconium oxide toughened aluminum oxide ceramic material comprises the following steps: mixing a water-soluble aluminum salt, a water-soluble zirconium salt, a water-soluble yttrium salt, a water-soluble titanium salt and water to obtain a mixed metal solution; mixing the mixed metal solution with cubic boron nitride micro powder, to obtain suspension liquid; mixing the suspension liquid with an alkaline precipitator, carrying out in-situ precipitation reaction, and sequentially carrying out calcination and selective nitridation reaction on the obtained precipitate to obtain nitride composite powder; and mixing the nitride composite powder with metal aluminum, and sequentially carrying out pre-pressing molding, purification treatment and sintering treatment to obtain the zirconium oxide toughened aluminum oxide ceramic material. Embodiments show that the zirconium oxide toughened aluminum oxide ceramic material prepared by the method provided by the invention is uniform in component dispersion and excellent in quality.
本发明属于烧结材料技术领域,特别涉及一种氧化锆增韧氧化铝陶瓷材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的氧化锆增韧氧化铝陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将水溶性铝盐、水溶性锆盐、水溶性钇盐、水溶性钛盐和水混合,得到混合金属溶液;将所述混合金属溶液与立方氮化硼微粉混合,得到悬浮液;将所述悬浮液和碱性沉淀剂混合,进行原位沉淀反应,将所得的沉淀依次进行煅烧、选择性氮化反应,得到氮化物复合粉;将所述氮化物复合粉与金属铝混合,依次进行预压成型、净化处理和烧结处理,得到所述氧化锆增韧氧化铝陶瓷材料。实施例表明,由本发明提供的方法制备的氧化锆增韧氧化铝陶瓷材料组分分散均匀,品质优良。
