The invention discloses a floor pouring construction method. The floor pouring construction method comprises the following steps of: S101, preassembling a steel structure column in a target pouring area, and determining a design elevation position of a concrete surface by taking the steel structure column as a reference; S102, conducting concrete pouring on the target pouring area; and S103, performing strickling operation on the surface of poured concrete through a concrete floating rule, meanwhile, observing the relative position relation between the concrete floating rule and the steel structure column till the concrete floating rule reaches the designed elevation position of the concrete surface, and thereby completing the leveling of the concrete surface. According to the floor pouring construction method, control over the concrete elevation is changed into surface control from point control, the construction technology is simple, dynamic control in the floor pouring process is achieved, the elevation of a concrete finished surface is corrected in time, and the flatness of the floor surface can be improved.
本发明公开了一种地坪浇筑施工方法,包括如下步骤:S101,在目标浇筑区域内预装钢结构柱,以钢结构柱为参照基准,确定混凝土表面的设计标高位置;S102,对目标浇筑区域进行混凝土浇筑;S103,通过混凝土刮尺对浇筑的混凝土的表面进行刮平作业,同时观察混凝土刮尺与钢结构柱之间的相对位置关系,直至混凝土刮尺达到混凝土表面的设计标高位置,即完成混凝土表面的找平。本发明的地坪浇筑施工方法,对混凝土标高的控制由点控改为面控,施工工艺简单,实现了地坪浇筑过程中的动态控制并及时校正混凝土完成面的标高,有利于提高地坪表面的平整度。
