The invention relates to an engineering material, in particular to a material for repairing a well chamber as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The material comprises polymer waterproof glue and quick-setting cement. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the quick-setting cement and the quartz sand in a weight ratio of (1: 1.6)-(1: 1.8), and uniformly stirring to prepare a dry material A; (2) mixing polymer waterproof glue and water according to a weight ratio of 1: 1-1: 1.5, and uniformly stirring to prepare a wet material B; and (3) mixing A and B according to a weight ratio of 3: 1, and uniformly stirring.
