The curing agent selected by the invention is a non-water-soluble curing agent, and the used active diluent and adhesion promoter have hydrophobic structures and have a good anti-dispersion effect, so that after a high-temperature water boiling experiment, the adhesive still has excellent interface bonding performance on steel or concrete base surfaces. The epoxy repairing material provided by the invention can be used both on water and under water, especially has good underwater curing performance, is not easy to disperse in water, has good water resistance, excellent interface bonding performance and excellent comprehensive performance, and has wide application prospects in underwater/on-water repairing of concrete structures.
本发明涉及修补材料利用技术领域，提供了一种环氧修补料及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的环氧修补料包括改性环氧胶和骨料；所述改性环氧胶包括A组分和B组分；所述A组分的成分包括环氧树脂、增韧剂、活性稀释剂和附着力促进剂，B组分的成分包括固化促进剂和固化剂。本发明选择的固化剂均非水溶性固化剂，且所用的活性稀释剂和附着力促进剂带有疏水性结构，具有良好的防分散效果，使其在高温水煮实验后无论是对钢还是混凝土基面，仍具有优良的界面粘接性能。本发明提供的环氧修补料在水上和水下均可使用，尤其是水下固化性能好，水中不易散开，耐水性好，界面粘接性能优异，综合性能优良，在混凝土结构的水下/水上修补中具有广阔的应用前景。
