The invention discloses a damping hinge. The damping hinge comprises a connecting assembly, a seat body, a damping piece, a torsion spring, a door fixing piece, a fixing seat and a hinge arm. The connecting assembly comprises a second connecting piece, a first connecting piece, a third connecting piece and a fourth connecting piece; the seat body is provided with a first U-shaped groove, and the first U-shaped groove is used for accommodating and fixing first shaft pins on the two sides of the fourth connecting piece; the seat body is further provided with a cavity with the extending direction perpendicular to the first shaft pins, and the cavity is used for movably accommodating the damping piece; the end, away from the door fixing piece, of the damping piece abuts against the first shaft pin; and the end, close to the door fixing piece, of the damping piece extends out of the fourth connecting piece and is used for abutting against the door fixing piece to receive external extrusion when the riveting angle between the fourth connecting piece and the door fixing piece is smaller than a preset angle. According to the damping hinge, the damping piece is movably mounted in the cavity in the seat body and is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the damping force generated by the damping piece reduces the speed of the door fixing piece when the door is closed.
