The heating head is used for directionally and uniformly heating through spiral magnetic induction, so that the temperature of the steel rails is uniformly increased, and the welding quality is improved. The controller can accurately control the time and temperature, random variable-control temperature regulation at 500 DEG C-2500 DEG C is realized, and the occurrence of defects such as thermal cracking of central slag bubbles and the like is reduced. The equipment is light, easy to carry and suitable for railway field operation. Combustible gases such as oxygen and acetylene are not used in the equipment, so that potential safety hazards such as fire disasters and explosion are avoided.
