Highway phosphogypsum curb and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a highway phosphogypsum curb which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20%-50% of phosphogypsum, 30%-50% of composite yellow phosphorus slag gelling powder and 10%-30% of aggregate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials: uniformly stirring the phosphogypsum, the composite yellow phosphorus slag gelling powder and the aggregate in a dry powder state in proportion for later use; (2) forming: adding water into the raw materials in the step (1), uniformly stirring, then forming through a forming machine, and maintaining the pressure; and (3) curing: demolding the gypsum curb molded in the step (2), and curing for 0.5-14 days. The prepared gypsum curb is very good in gelling property, the compressive strength can reach 40-50 MPa, no cracking phenomenon occurs in the use process, and the product quality is good; the prepared gypsum curb is fast in forming and short in production period, natural resources and maintenance and replacement costs are saved, and environmental pollution is reduced.
本发明公开了一种高速公路磷石膏道牙,包括磷石膏、复合黄磷渣胶凝粉、骨料，各组分质量百分比为磷石膏20%‑50%、复合黄磷渣胶凝粉30%‑50%、骨料10%‑30%。制备方法包括以下步骤：（1）备料：将磷石膏、复合黄磷渣胶凝粉、骨料按比例在干粉状态下搅拌均匀备用；（2）成型：将步骤（1）中的原料加水搅拌均匀，然后通过成型机进行成型，并保压；（3）养护：将步骤（2）中成型后的石膏道牙脱模后，养护0.5‑14天。本发明制备出的石膏道牙胶凝性非常好，抗压强度能达到40‑50MPa，而且在使用过程中没有开裂的现象发生，产品质量好；制备的石膏道牙成型快，生产周期短，节约自然资源和维护更换费用，同时减少了环境污染。
