Modified phosphogypsum highway subgrade filler and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a modified phosphogypsum highway subgrade filler and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: aging phosphogypsum for more than 5 days to obtain a material A; calcining the material A at 160-200 DEG C for 1.5-2.5 hours to obtain a material B, and naturally cooling the material B; uniformly mixing 91-93 wt% of the material A and 7-9 wt% of the material B to obtain a material C; and adding water, which accounts for 12-16 wt% of the material C, into the material C, and stirring uniformly to obtain the modified phosphogypsum highway subgrade filler. The phosphogypsum is calcined at controlled temperature for controlled time according to the chemical characteristics of the calcined phosphogypsum to obtain the modifier, thereby enhancing the gelation property in the phosphogypsum, improving the stability and water resistance of the internal structure and obtaining the subgrade filler satisfying the highway engineering requirements. The modified phosphogypsum highway subgrade filler effectively solves the problem that the existing phosphogypsum is restricted to the local doping materials and is low in consumption.
