The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps of mixing white corundum particles with a plurality of particle grades to form mixed sand material, mixing a binding agent into the mixed sand material, and pressing the mixed sand material into a corundum sand ring through a press machine, putting into an oven for baking and shaping, putting the mixture into a mold of the shaped corundum ring at the periphery of the corundum ring, and performing vibration molding to remove attached sand, and standing and molding at room temperature. The method provided by the invention is simple in operation steps, high in bonding strength, good in high-temperature scouring resistance and good in high-temperature strength.
本发明提供一种电熔耐火材料浇铸用刚玉砂圈的制备方法，其特征在于：它包括以下步骤将多个颗粒级别的白刚玉颗粒进行混合形成混合砂料；而后在混合砂料中混入结合剂，经压力机压制成刚玉砂圈；放入烤箱内进行烘烤定型；将定型后的刚玉砂圈模具中在其四周放入混合料，振动成型出去附砂；室温静置成型。本发明提供的操作步骤简单，结合强度高，具有良好的抗高温冲刷性能，同时具有良好的高温强度。
