The construction method has the advantages that the factory production degree is higher, the site construction workload is small, the construction efficiency can be improved, the construction period is shortened, the ballast bed quality is improved, and conversion among general vibration reduction, medium vibration reduction and high vibration reduction is achieved, and the problems that an existing construction method is multiple in construction procedure, low in efficiency, long in period and low in construction quality are solved.
