Semi-rigid pavement and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a preparation method of a semi-rigid pavement. The method comprises the following steps: sequentially paving and rolling an asphalt mixture to obtain a large-gap asphalt mixture pavement; and pouring epoxy mortar into large gaps of the asphalt mixture pavement, and curing to obtain a semi-rigid pavement. The asphalt mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 90 to 95 percent of coarse aggregate, 3.5 to 4.5 percent of cementing material, 0.01 to 0.3 percent of fiber and 0.2 to 6.4 percent of mineral powder, and the particle size of the coarse aggregate is 4.75 to 13.2 mm. A large amount of large-particle-size coarse aggregates are added into the asphalt mixture, the coarse aggregates are mutually embedded and extruded to form a skeleton structure with large gaps, and epoxy mortar is poured into the gaps for curing reaction after the asphalt mixture is paved and rolled to form a whole, so that the rigidity and rut resistance of the asphalt can be greatly improved, and the thermal stability is improved.
