The semispherical body can universally rotate in the sunken groove, a supporting rod extending out of the cylinder body is arranged at the plane end of the semispherical body , a distance exists between the rod wall of the supporting rod and the cylindrical groove, and a supporting top plate is arranged at the end, extending out of the cylinder body, of the supporting rod.
