Construction method of bridge abutment approach slab void foam concrete treatment structure
The invention relates to a construction method of a bridge abutment approach slab void foam concrete treatment structure. The construction method comprises the steps that (1) the range of a void area below an approach slab is determined through a geological radar; (2) a drill shaft of the jet grouting pile machine is arranged along two sides of the lapping plate; (3) planting steel bars are transversely arranged on the two sides of the butt strap; (4) I-shaped steel is inserted into the jet grouting piles close to the embedded steel bars; (5) notches are excavated in the areas corresponding to the two rows of jet grouting piles on the inner side; (6) inclined drilling is conducted on the top face of the inner side edge of the butt strap; 7) the lower part of the void area is drilled to form two to three inclined transverse holes; (8) a formwork is erected on the side edge, and foam concrete is injected into the void area; (9) an anti-disengaging reserved sleeve valve pipe is arranged; (10) foam concrete backfilling is conducted on the notch area; and 11) settlement monitoring is performed on the reinforced void area. The method has the beneficial effects that the foam concrete is adopted for pouring the void area, the strength is guaranteed, meanwhile, the density and self weight of the material are reduced, later settlement is reduced, the reinforcing effect is good, and the material cost is reduced.
本发明涉及桥台搭板脱空泡沫混凝土处治结构的施工方法,包括步骤:1)采用地质雷达确定搭板下的脱空区的范围;2)旋喷桩机钻轴沿着搭板两侧边;3)对搭板两侧横向设置植筋;4)紧靠植筋处插入工字钢至旋喷桩内;5)对内侧两排旋喷桩所对应的区域进行槽口开挖;6)在搭板内侧边顶面进行斜钻孔的施工;7)在脱空区下部钻孔形成二至三道斜横孔;8)在侧边支模并向脱空区中注入泡沫混凝土;9)布设防脱空预留袖阀管;10)对槽口区进行泡沫混凝土回填;11)对补强后的脱空区进行沉降监测。本发明的有益效果是:本发明中采用泡沫混凝土灌注脱空区,保证强度的同时降低材料密度和自重,减少后期沉降,补强效果好且降低了材料成本。
