The jacket-pile grouting connecting structure comprises a jacket leg column (1) and a pile foundation (2); the upper part of the jacket leg column (1) is connected with a jacket structure (5); the jacket leg column (1) is inserted into the pile foundation (2); and the jacket-pile grouting connecting structure is characterized in that the top of the jacket leg column (1) is connected with the top of the pile foundation (2) through an annular plate connecting structure, a vertical hydraulic leveling system (7) is arranged on the annular plate connecting structure, and horizontal hydraulic leveling systems (9) are arranged on the upper part and the lower part of a column body of the jacket leg column (1) in the pile foundation (2). Bonding between the pile foundation and an upper jacket can be improved, meanwhile, the jacket is leveled, and the installation precision is guaranteed.
