The invention discloses a front-pile-method interpolation type jacket foundation grouting plugging system. The system comprises a steel pipe pile and a jacket, wherein the inner wall of the steel pipepile is provided with a pile inner ring plate and a pile inner seal plate, the pile inner seal plate is in lap joint with the pile inner ring plate, and the jacket is embedded into the steel pipe pile and mounted on the pile inner seal plate.
