The invention provides a fabricated bridge safety channel and a construction method. The fabricated bridge safety channel comprises a plurality of foundations, wherein the plurality of foundations are installed along road shoulders on both sides of a road, stand columns are fixedly arranged on the foundations, longitudinal beams and scissors supporting rods are fixedly arranged between every two adjacent stand columns, a plurality of upper cover plates are fixedly arranged on the longitudinal beams, the upper cover plates cover the both sides of the road on a projection plane, connecting mechanism are arranged between the scissors supporting rods and the stand columns, and the scissors supporting rods are connected with and supports the two adjacent stand columns through the connecting mechanisms. Materials are quickly blended, and unnecessary material loss and the waste of preparation cost in advance are not caused; components in each stage are processed in a field, bolt connection is completed in the field, the space in the field is sufficient, and the entity quality of the components is not influenced by limited high-altitude operation; hoisting equipment is used for realizing fabricated double-working-face construction, so that the construction time is greatly shortened; and the foundations use a lattice type reinforcement cage as a gravity structure, can be quickly moved and mounted, can be recycled and is filled with waste concrete test blocks, so that the effect of waste utilization is achieved.
本发明提供了一种装配式桥梁安全通道及施工方法,包括沿道路两侧路肩安装的多个基础座,基础座上固设有立柱,相邻的两个立柱之间固设有纵梁与剪刀撑杆,纵梁上固设有多个上盖板,上盖板在投影面上覆盖道路两侧,剪刀撑杆与立柱之间设有连接机构,剪刀撑杆通过连接机构连接支撑相邻的两个立柱。材料调配快速且不会造成不必要的材料损耗和提前预备成本浪费;各阶段构件场内加工,螺栓连接场内完成,场内空间充足,有效保证构件自身实体质量不受有限高空作业影响;用起吊设备实现装配式双作业面施工,大大节约施工时间;基础座利用格构式钢筋笼作为重力结构,可快速移动及安装,且能够循环利用,内部填充废弃混凝土砼试块,达到废物利用的效果。
