The invention relates to a sintering process of a ceramic tube for a ceramic gas discharge tube, which comprises the following steps of: S1, coating the surface of ceramic tubes with metalized slurry , and placing the ceramic tubes on rectangular molybdenum plates of which the surface is engraved; s2, stacking the rectangular molybdenum plates with the ceramic tubes in arectangular molybdenum boat, and supporting the two adjacent rectangular molybdenum plates by white porcelain with the height larger than that of the ceramic tubes; s3, setting the temperature of a special high-temperature hydrogen furnace to 1300-1600 DEG C, the temperature of a wet hydrogen cooler to 25-55 DEG C, and the hydrogen flow rate to 0.4-1.2M/h, and placing the rectangular molybdenum boat into the furnace for sintering; and S4, taking out after sintering is completed. The sintering process of the ceramic tube for the ceramic gas discharge tube provided by the invention overcomes the defects of the traditional metallization process, and has the advantages of good metallization quality, good adhesion between the metallization layer and the ceramic, and the like; and the ceramic gas discharge tube produced by adopting the ceramic tube is low in gas leakage rate and reliable in quality.
本发明涉及一种陶瓷气体放电管用陶瓷管的烧结工艺,包括S1、将金属化浆料涂敷在陶瓷管表面,将陶瓷管摆放至表面经过雕刻处理的矩形钼板上;S2、将摆好陶瓷管的矩形钼板叠放在矩形钼舟内,相邻两个矩形钼板间用高度大于陶瓷管高度的白瓷支撑;S3、将专用高温氢气炉温度设置为1300‑1600℃,湿氢冷却器温度设置为25‑55℃,氢气流量设置为0.4‑1.2M/h,将矩形钼舟放入其中烧结;S4、烧结完成后取出。本发明提供的陶瓷气体放电管用陶瓷管的烧结工艺克服了传统金属化工艺存在的不足,具有金属化质量好、金属化层与陶瓷粘结良好等优点,在强度测试时都是端面附近陶瓷发生断裂,采用该陶瓷管生产的陶瓷气体放电管漏气率低、质量可靠。
