The designed novel building container wall has the heat preservation and heat insulation effects; in winter, the electric heating assembly emits heat, the heat is transmitted into a heat conduction cover, then the heat moves upwards and shuttles back and forth in a bent round pipe, and the temperature of the round pipe rises; due to the fact that the round pipe makes contact with the inner plate body, the heat can be transmitted to the inner plate body, and the indoor environment can be warm in winter.
