Underpinning protection system for top socket pipeline in underpass construction and construction method
The invention discloses an underpinning protection system for a top socket pipeline in undercrossing construction and a construction method. The underpinning protection system comprises two first beam bodies which are oppositely arranged, at least two cast-in-place piles, at least two cast-in-place piles beam bodies, a plurality of second beam bodies and a supporting brackets, the first beam bodies are located on the lower side of the socket pipeline and are consistent with the socket pipeline in extension direction; distance between the two first beam bodies is greater than the diameter of the socket pipeline; the at least two cast-in-place piles are used for supporting the first beam body, and the cast-in-place piles are arranged at intervals in the extension direction of the socket pipeline; the second beam bodies are arranged in parallel, and the two ends of each second beam body are connected with the first beam bodies respectively; the supporting bracket is located on the second beam body and used for supporting the socket pipeline, and an arc-shaped groove matched with the outer wall of the socket pipeline is formed in the upper surface of the supporting bracket. The underpinning protection system solves the problem that normal use of the socket pipeline cannot be ensured due to the fact that disturbance on the socket pipeline is too large when the existing socket pipeline penetrates through the lower portion of a traditional newly-built box culvert.
本发明公开一种下穿施工中顶部承插管道的托换保护系统及施工方法,该托换保护系统包括:相对设置的两个第一梁体,所述第一梁体位于所述承插管道下侧且与所述承插管道的延伸方向一致,两个所述第一梁体之间的距离大于所述承插管道的直径;至少两个用于支撑所述第一梁体的灌注桩,所述灌注桩沿所述承插管道的延伸方向间隔布置;若干互相平行设置的第二梁体,所述第二梁体的两端分别与所述第一梁体连接;位于所述第二梁体上并用于支撑所述承插管道的支撑托,所述支撑托的上表面设置与所述承插管道的外壁匹配的弧形凹槽。本发明解决了传统新建箱涵下穿既有的承插管道线时对承插管道的扰动过大无法确保承插管道正常使用的问题。
