The method mainly comprises the steps that after the construction of a tunnel main body structure (except for reserved holes of supporting piles) is completed, a brick mold is built between a tunnel top plate and a pipe ditch bearing platform; then, the closed area of the brick mold is filled with foam concrete in multiple layers; next, existing pipe ditch supporting piles are cut; the reserved holes of a bottom plate and the top plate are poured and plugged in time after pile cutting; and finally, foam concrete is filled in the rest unfilled area between the bottom of the pipe ditch bearing platform and the tunnel top plate in a layered mode; the existing pipe ditch bearing platform is monitored in real time in the construction period; and the monitoring work runs through the whole tunnel construction process. According to the method, the load of the pipe ditch bearing platform is effectively underpinned, so that the tunnel safely underpasses the lower pile foundation of the original pipe ditch bearing platform, and meanwhile, safe and stable operation of the pipe ditch is protected.
