The invention provides a carbon-free dry material for a continuous casting tundish. The carbon-free dry material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 9%-18% of olive sand of 5-3mm, 25%-35% of 91 magnesia of 3-1mm, 20%-30% of 91 magnesia of 1-0mm, 20%-30% of 91 magnesia of 200 meshes, 2.5%-4.5% of sodium metasilicate nonahydrate, 1.2%-2% of sodium hexametaphosphate and 0.3%-0.8% of low-melting-point glass powder. The dry material does not contain carbon, harmful volatile gas is not generated in the ladle baking and using process, the workshop environment is improved, and the working conditions of operators are improved; and the production and use requirements can be met at low-temperature, medium-temperature and high-temperature strength.
本发明提供一种连铸中间包用无碳干式料,包括以下质量分数的原料:5‑3mm的橄榄砂:9%~18%,3‑1mm的91镁砂为25%~35%,1‑0mm的91镁砂为20%~30%,200目的91镁砂为20%~30%,九水偏硅酸钠为2.5%~4.5%,六偏磷酸钠为1.2%~2%,低熔点玻璃粉为0.3%~0.8%。本申请的干式料不含碳,在烤包及使用过程中不产生有害性挥发气体,有利于提升车间环境,并改善操作工人的工作条件;在低温、中温、高温强度下均能够满足生产使用要求。
