A wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant silicon carbide cap for a water-cooled wall lining of a waste heat boiler belongs to the technical field of silicon carbide caps. The raw materials of the silicon carbide cap comprise, by weight, 40-60% of silicon carbide fine powder with a particle size of 0-1 mm; 10-30% of alumina fine powder with a particle size of 0-1 mm 5-10% of silicon carbide fine powder with a particle size of 200 meshes; 3-10% of silicon carbide fine powder with a particle size less than or equal to 5 [mu]m; 3-10% of high-aluminum micro powder; 3-8% of silica micropowder; and 3-5% of an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution with the specific gravity of 1.3-1.55 g/cm<3>. The above components are mixed and uniformly stirred, undergo compression molding under the pressure of 80-100 MPa, and then undergo heat treatment at 1000-1200 DEG C for 12-15 hours. An application method comprises the following steps: mounting on the head of a corresponding metal pin on site, and fixing by adopting a high-temperature binder. The prepared silicon carbide cap can protect a metal pin and prevent high-temperature abrasion and corrosion of a metal piece, the thermal expansion coefficient of the silicon carbide cap is close to that of the refractory material, the silicon carbide cap and the refractory material are easily sintered into a whole, and the problem that the refractory material falls off is solved.
一种余热锅炉水冷壁衬里用耐磨耐腐蚀碳化硅帽,属于碳化硅帽技术领域。原料组成重量百分数为:粒度0~1mm碳化硅细粉40~60%;粒度0~1mm矾土细粉10~30%;粒度200目碳化硅细粉5~10%;粒度≤5μm碳化硅细粉3~10%;高铝微粉3~10%;二氧化硅微粉3~8%;比重为1.3~1.55g/cm3磷酸二氢铝溶液3~5%。将上述组分混合搅拌均匀,在80~100MPa压力下压制成型,然后在1000~1200℃下热处理12~15h。使用方法是现场安装在相应金属销钉头部,采用高温粘结剂固定即可。优点在于:制备出的碳化硅帽不仅起到保护金属销钉,防止金属件高温磨损腐蚀,而且碳化硅帽与耐火材料热膨胀系数接近,容易与耐火材料烧结形成整体,解决了耐火材料脱落问题。
