The invention provides a shell. The shell comprises a polymer ceramic composite layer; the polymer ceramic composite layer comprises at least one of rod-shaped ceramic powder and a fiber material, and further comprises sheet-shaped ceramic powder and a polymer. According to the shell, the rod-shaped ceramic powder and/or the fiber material and the sheet-shaped ceramic powder are in lap joint to form a net-shaped heat conduction channel, so that the heat conduction performance and the partial strength of the shell are improved; and meanwhile, the specific surface area of the sheet-shaped ceramic powder is large, a light reflection effect is good, the surface glossiness and the ceramic texture of the shell are improved, and application of the shell is better facilitated. The invention further provides a preparation method of the shell and electronic equipment.
