The invention relates to the technical field of rigid polymer fibers, in particular to a production process of rigid polymer fibers for concrete crack resistance. The rigid polymer fiber comprises the following raw materials: polypropylene, a blended resin, a filling agent, a fiber material and anti-cracking powder. In the production process of the rigid polymer fiber for concrete crack resistance, the added blended resin is selected from high-density polyethylene, and is blended with polypropylene so as to improve the rigidity of polypropylene; the added filling agent can improve the rigidity of polypropylene to a certain extent through filling modification while the toughness is enhanced; the crack resistance of the finished product fiber can be improved by coating the anti-cracking powder on the surface of the prepared polymer fiber; and when the anti-cracking powder is added into concrete to be stirred, the anti-cracking powder can be separated from the surface of the polymer fiber to be blended with the concrete, so that the crack resistance of the concrete is improved.
