The graphite pipe is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of phenolic resin, 2-6 parts of epoxy resin, 1-3 parts of zinc chloride, 6-12 parts of nitrile rubber, 6-12 parts of carbon fibers, 6-12 parts of siloxane, 200-400 parts of ethanol and 65-85 parts of graphite powder. According to the graphite pipe and the method, the defects that a traditional graphite heat exchange pipe is made of a fragile material are overcome, and the overall performance of a graphite shell-and-pipe heat exchanger is improved by improving the strength, toughness and dimensional stability of the graphite heat exchange pipe.
