The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon fiber reinforced porous graphite partition plate. Needle coke with the size of 50-200 microns, phenolic resin, pore-forming agent ammonium bicarbonate and carbon fibers which are strictly controlled are used; the preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing needle coke, phenolic resin, pore-forming agent ammonium bicarbonate and carbon fibers according to specifications, putting the weighed materials into a three-dimensional mixer, mixing and stirring the materials, then putting the uniformly stirred powder into a mold according to the corresponding volume density, carrying out compression molding in a mold pressing manner, and carrying out carbonization and graphitization treatment on the demolded material; therefore, the obtained carbon fiber reinforced porous graphite separator has the characteristics of high strength, high through hole rate, uniform pore size distribution and the like.
