The invention relates to the field of mortar plastering, in particular to application of waste clay brick powder in preparation of plastering mortar and a preparation method of the plastering mortar. The waste clay brick powder includes the following raw materials: 25% of waste clay brick powder, 28.5% of Portland cement, 43.2% of sand, 3% of redispersible latex powder, 0.1% of cellulose ether and 0.2% of a water repellent. The performance of ordinary mortar is improved by reprocessing the waste clay brick powder and then adding the medium sand, the redispersible latex powder, the water repellent and the cellulose ether in different proportions. A layer of alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh is covered when the product is bonded with a connecting plate, so that the plastering mortar is endowed with better tensile bonding strength and water absorption, and the operable time is proper; therefore, a problem of pulling stress loss in the freezing and thawing and water soaking environment of the plastering mortar is solved, and meanwhile, the recycling value of the waste clay bricks is improved.
本发明涉及砂浆抹面领域,具体涉及一种废弃粘土砖粉在配制抹面砂浆中的应用及其配制方法。包括以下组分的原料:25%废弃粘土砖粉,28.5%硅酸盐水泥,43.2%砂子,3%可再分散乳胶粉,0.1%纤维素醚,0.2%憎水剂。本发明通过对废弃粘土砖粉再加工后掺加不同比例的中砂、可再份散乳胶粉、憎水剂、纤维素醚对改善普通砂浆性能,与连接板粘结时覆盖一层耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,赋予了抹面砂浆较好的拉伸粘结强度和吸水性,可操作时间适宜,解决了抹面砂浆冻融、浸水环境下拉应力损失问题,同时提高了废旧粘土砖的再利用价值。
