Aerogel-modified fibrofelt heat insulation composite and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of preparation processes of nano-porous materials, and particularly relates to a preparation method of an aerogel-modified fibrofelt heat insulation composite. The preparation method comprises the following steps:compounding SiO2-RF sol with fibrofelt to obtain wet gel fibrofelt; soaking the wet gel fibrofelt in a mixed solution of trimethylchlorosilane, absolute ethyl alcohol and normal hexane for aging modification in a closed environment, and conducting drying to obtain the aerogel-modified fibrofelt heat insulation composite. The composite provided by the invention solves the problems of poor fire resistance rating, poor oxidation resistance and high water absorption rate of a traditional organic foam heat insulation material, has good thermal stability, chemical stability, structural stability and sound insulation performance, is endowed with good heat insulation and high temperature resistance due to the high specific surface area, can be used in an environment with a temperature of 450 DEG C or below, and improves the mechanical properties of the fibrofelt.
本发明属于纳米多孔材料的制备工艺领域,尤其涉及一种气凝胶改性纤维毡隔热复合材料的制备方法。将SiO2‑RF溶胶复合纤维毡得到湿凝胶纤维毡;将湿凝胶纤维毡浸泡于三甲基氯硅烷、无水乙醇、正己烷的混合溶液中密闭环境下老化改性,并且干燥后得到所述气凝胶改性纤维毡隔热复合材料。本发明复合材料解决了传统有机泡沫隔热保温材料耐火等级差、抗氧化性差、吸水率高的问题,而且其具有良好的热稳定性、化学稳定性、结构稳定性以及隔声性能,它的高比表面积也赋予了它良好的隔热及耐高温性能,可以在450℃以下的环境中使用,改善了纤维毡的力学性能。
