Preparation method and application of mullite whisker-alumina fibrofelt reinforced SiO2 composite flexible aerogel
The invention relates to the technical field of flexible aerogel, in particular to a preparation method and application of mullite whisker-alumina fibrofelt reinforced SiO2 composite flexible aerogel, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparation of alumina fibrofelt; 2, growing mullite whiskers on the alumina fiber felt; step 3, preparation of SiO2 sol; and step 4, compounding the alumina fibrofelt-mullite whisker reinforcement obtained in the step 2 with the SiO2 sol obtained in the step 3 to obtain the composite flexible aerogel. According to the preparation method, high-temperature-resistant crystalline mullite whiskers grow on alumina fibers in situ through a liquid-phase reaction method and a sol-gel method, so that the interface bonding force with SiO2 aerogel is enhanced, and the high-temperature stability of the aerogel is improved. Meanwhile, a normal-pressure drying means is adopted for preparation, so that a technical support is provided for large-scale preparation of the high-temperature-resistant flexible aerogel, and the prepared flexible aerogel has good application in high-temperature thermal insulation materials.
本发明涉及柔性气凝胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种莫来石晶须‑氧化铝纤维毡增强SiO2复合柔性气凝胶的制备方法及应用,包括如下步骤:步骤1、氧化铝纤维毡的制备;步骤2、氧化铝纤维毡上莫来石晶须的生长;步骤3、SiO2溶胶的制备;步骤4、将步骤2中得到的氧化铝纤维毡‑莫来石晶须增强体与步骤3中的SiO2溶胶复合得到复合柔性气凝胶。本发明通过液相反应法和溶胶凝胶法在氧化铝纤维上原位生长耐高温的晶态莫来石晶须来增强与SiO2气凝胶的界面结合力,并提高气凝胶的高温稳定性。同时,本发明采用的常压干燥的手段制备,这为耐高温柔性气凝胶的大规模制备提供了技术支持,其制备得到的合柔性气凝胶在高温隔热材料中的具有良好的应用。
