The invention belongs to a water plugging method and device for water gushing in a gap of a steel sheet pile cofferdam. The device is composed of steel sheet piles, and the water plugging device for water gushing of the gap of the steel sheet pile cofferdam comprises a gap inflation water plugging structure or an inflation extrusion inner water plugging structure. The gap inflation water plugging structure is composed of a groove and an inflation bag, the groove is longitudinally formed in the lock catch position of the steel sheet pile, and the inflation bag is arranged in the groove; or the gap inflation water plugging structure is composed of an expansion bag and an inflatable bag with a protective layer. The air inflation extrusion inner water plugging structure is composed of a U-shaped steel plate, an extrusion plate, a water stop belt, a screw rod, an inner threaded hole and a handle. According to the method, only one inflation bag needs to be arranged at the lock catch position of every two adjacent steel sheet piles, if water leaks from the lock catch positions of the steel sheet piles, gas or liquid is injected into the inflation bags located at the water leakage lock catch positions through gas injection ports to enable the inflation bags to expand to block water leakage gaps at the lock catch positions, and water leakage blocking is achieved. The device is novel and simple in structure and design, good in using effect, low in water plugging cost and fast in water stopping.
本发明属于一种钢板桩围堰缝隙涌水的堵水方法及其装置,装置由钢板桩所组成,钢板桩围堰缝隙涌水的堵水装置包括缝隙充气堵水结构、或充气挤压内堵水结构。缝隙充气堵水结构由凹槽和充气囊所构成,凹槽纵向设在钢板桩的锁扣处,凹槽内设有充气囊;或由膨胀囊及带保护层的充气囊所构成。充气挤压内堵水结构由U型钢板、挤压板、止水带、螺杆、内螺纹孔和手柄所组成。方法是相邻的钢板桩的锁扣处仅需布置一个充气囊,若钢板桩的锁扣处漏水,则通过注气口向位于该漏水锁扣处的充气囊内注入气体、或液体使充气囊膨胀堵塞锁扣处的漏水缝隙,实现对漏水的封堵。本发明结构及设计新颖、简单、使用效果好且堵水成本低、止水快。
