The invention discloses a method for fixing a cushion cap cup opening foundation steel column. The method comprises the following steps that (1) positioning steel plates are installed on the four side faces of the steel column; (2) concrete is laid at the bottom of a cup opening foundation, and a base plate is laid on the upper end face of the cup opening foundation; (3) the steel column is hoisted through a hoisting mechanism, and a column foot of the steel column is inserted into the cup opening foundation; (4) wedge-shaped adjusting plates are installed between the positioning steel plates and the base plate to enable the top end of the steel column to be located at the designed elevation position; (5) at least one angle steel group is welded to each side face of the part, inserted into the cup opening foundation, of the steel column; and (6), finally, the concrete is poured, the positioning steel plates are cut off, and construction is accomplished. Construction is convenient, the construction cost can be effectively reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种承台杯口基础钢柱固定方法，包括如下步骤：1）、在钢柱的四个侧面安装定位钢板；2）在杯口基础的底部铺设混凝土，在杯口基础的上端面铺设垫板；3）通过起吊机构将钢柱吊起，使钢柱的柱脚插入杯口基础；4）在定位钢板与垫板之间安装楔形调节板，使钢柱顶端位于设计标高位置；5）在钢柱插入杯口基础部分的各侧面分别焊接至少一组角钢组；6）最后，浇筑混凝土，将定位钢板切割下来，完成施工。本发明施工方便，能够有效降低施工成本高，提高施工效率。
