The adjusting tool can solve the problem that the adjusting difficulty is large in the sleeving process of the hoisting steel column and the cup-shaped foundation, is particularly suitable for the situation that the positions are not corresponding after the hoisting steel column and the cup-shaped foundation fall to the ground, and can be conveniently adjusted in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction.
本发明提出一种杯型基础钢柱固定调整工具，包括调整架和撬杠架，调整架的后拉杆和前拉杆分别套装于基座上侧的卡槽内，后拉杆的前端与后摆杆的下端通过销轴B铰接在一起，前拉杆的后端与前摆杆的西段通过销轴C铰接在一起，后摆杆与前摆杆的上端通过销轴A铰接在一起，销轴A、销轴B和销轴C的外端分别向外延伸出凸轴；撬杠架包括两侧对称的撬杠和连杆，每侧撬杠包括固定为一体的压杆和撬杆，在撬杆的根部下方有下卡槽，在撬杆末端上方有上卡槽，下卡槽用于卡装销轴B，上卡槽用于卡装销轴A。本发明调整工具能够解决吊装钢柱与杯型基础套装过程中存在调整难度大的问题，尤其适合落地后位置不对应的情况，能够方便地进行横向和纵向的调节。
